Amazing Slow Downer - MAC or PC - Change the tempo or pitch of mp3s independently. Can be used to change key or slow tempo for practicing.

Djay - Mac users (req OSX 10.4) might want to try this program that also changes keys or tempo independently - lots of other features too.
